Holistic patching while upgrading to EM24ai

Oracle documentation recommends when upgrading to 24ai to do a software only install so as to minimize downtime when upgrading. In addition, you can apply the necessary RU per the instructions in note 3081684.1.

What about applying the EM Holistic patch?

  1. Can the Holistic patch also be applied in advance for the OMS upgrade, like the RU?
  2. The Document does not address this issue. Is there a separate document directly addressing the Holistic patch?
