Why is the User taken to a Classic Delete page when Using Fluid Expense Workcenter?

We are implementing Fluid Expenses Workcenter on Image 54, PeopleTools 8.62.05. Under the My Work grouplet, when using the "Open Transactions for Inactive Employees" page located under the Exceptions section and attempting to delete an expense report or travel authorization the user is taken to the classic delete expense report/TA page. the expense workcenter is fluid and we had removed access to the classic delete pages earlier this year when we implemented fluid travel employee pages. I also thought the classic delete expense report page was no longer supported? If you delete an expense report on the "Pending Expense Reports"
