Patching from Oracle 19.20 to 19.24 create-preupgradereport Faile Duplicate user names found

in Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered ✓

I've logged an SR but I thought I check if anyone has had a similar error to below.

We will be upgrading to 19.28 once we have completed the upgraded to 19.24.

running odacli create-preupgradereport -bm

describe-preupgradereport gets:

SYS
Validate Hardware Type Success Current hardware is supported None
Validate ILOM interconnect Success ILOM interconnect is not enabled None
Validate System Version Success System version 19.24.0.0.0 is None
supported
Verify System Timezone Success Succesfully verified the time zone None
file
Validate SysInstance metadata Failed Duplicate user names found Contact Oracle Support for guidance
Validate SysInstance metadata Failed Users size is not correct. Expected: Contact Oracle Support for guidance
