Excluded Formula Criteria is Collected

Hi

We are implemented ASCP-OPM.

We check some formulas are collected and another formula is not collected. Based on this doc Doc ID 1330117.1 point 6, "If the Formula Header has the Scaling Allowed field checked, then at least one ingredient must be Scale Type Proportional, Contribute to Yield Yes and the UOM must be convertible to the UOM of the Product Development Security Manager / Organization Parameters / Formula tab / Yield UOM value".

I've check that in this formula, there is no one ingredients Scale Type Proportional and Contribute to Yield Yes. But another formula with same conditions is not collected.
