Primavera Unifier Business process Field or data element specific notification

Hi - Is there a way to trigger a notification only when a specific field is updated in a form, and not send the notification if any other field is updated?
We have a requirement to trigger a notification only when the End Date on the business process is changed, and not to trigger a notification if any other fields are updated.
