Auto upload pdf document to the sales order header - BASE64 to PDF

I have requirement to get upload the Customer PO attached to the sales order header. PDF will be send by the external system in BASE64 format and i want to upload that as a pdf into P4210 header. how can i accomplish this request ?

Tools Release:

 EnterpriseOne 9.2.7.2
