ZD Array Port 22 issues

We stood up a new ZD Array, we are troubleshooting and issue and I need to get dozens of log files tarred up and off the array, but scp and sftp arent working. seeing TCP reset errors. Confirmed its not network or FW related, and ssh over port 22 works. Any suggestions on the array firewall or something i can look into?
