Academic Advisement report to appearing for student

We have been using the academic advisement for many years now and I have run across an issue that I am not sure how to troubleshoot. This particular student was assigned an academic plan back earlier this year and I noticed this morning during my troubleshooting that this student has been reassigned a new academic plan but it was future date for 12/20/2025. I had made some updates to the Academic Advisement Requirements yearly this fall semester and those requirements were date for 04/01/2025.
