PeopleSoft 9.2: Keep getting the framing of supplier violates CSP directive.

I have configured new supplier for direct connect method punchout transactions. But each time I attempt create a requisition I get the following errors [ Network logging using F12]

Framing 'https://xxxx-xx.zzzz.app/' violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors 'self'". The request has been blocked.

POST 'https://xxxx-xx.zzzz.app/buyer/****/*****/****/bare.aspx/en/bas/js_log net::ERR_FAILED 302 (Found)

Initial PunchoutSetupRequest goes through, and we get a http 200 response. But the catalog never opens instead we get the error shown above.

Any help or suggestions [ config or code] are greatly appreciated.
