Asset Depreciation Calculation

We are going through an exercise to take on all assets that are currently managed within a spreadsheet. Assets are being taken on as at 01-APR-25 whereafter first run for depreciation would be APR-25.

Here is a snapshot of some anomolies which have only occured in the Motor Vehicle section no where else. The yellow column are my take on values per asset tag number. Then depreciation was run for APR-25. This can be seen in the blue column called Actual APR-25 DEPR and compared to manual calculations as denoted by Expected APR-25 DEPR.

Now small differences like 7.13 are acceptable but why are some of the motor vehicle calculations so far out? All assets have a life of 12 years and have been loaded as such.
