How to find and use custom fields on Purchasing Card?

I'm working in PeopleSoft Enterprise SCM Purchasing, Version 9.2.

I see several Custom Fields exist in the table CC_TRANS_LINE, but I can't find where they are located in the purchasing card transaction user interface. Where should these fields appear, and what are the steps I need to take to make them appear in the UI?
