Fund group by cycle not populating Funding - Conf matrice - comp ratio and Performance management -

We are using the Configurable matrix for the first time - Comp ration and Performance Management - The configurations have been done as per the oracle recommendations but cannot get the funding populated.

Any help is appreciated.
