Cannot Create Tax Profile For New OU

Dear everyone,

I just Setup New OU in Oracle EBS 12.2.5
When i tried to Setup Receivable Activity, it is Show "Please Define Party Tax Profile For New OU"

I Tried to link my Tax Regime to the New OU, but the New Out Did not Show in the LOV parties .

I try everything but my problem did not solved. Please anybody here can help ?
