How Will We Be Notified When ACA Updates are Released?

We use PeopleSoft HCM, 9.2.

With this new interface not providing ability to 'follow' documents, how will we be notified when ACA updates are available? Is there a KB doc that will provide the details? If so, will you post the URL to this doc so that I can favorite it in my browser? I tried searching for the document but was unable to find it.
