Hello:

I am sure it is quite the change from legacy My Oracle Support and trying to find the converted KM document ID. Rest assure, I will be gathering a list of the old ID to the new as soon as possible now that we are all live on the new system. This list could not be created until now, but I will create a excel sheet with the migrated KM documents (old number and new ID) for quick reference.

For now, if you need help finding any existing KM document and the search is not finding it quickly for you, please feel free to post that title and old ID here as a comment and I will find it for you.
