need a way to reduce/ adjust federal income taxability

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

Just like in our balance adjustments we have SIT Subj Whable we can adjust that and adjust the amount to either add or subtract and then it will automatically do so. However, we do not have anything for FIT like we do for SIT. We tried to create a new one just like the SIT Subj Whable is set up but it did not work. Any assistance would be appreciated.
