'IB' next numbering in JDE 9.2.5

Hi All

I am using JDE 9.2.5

Would like to understand how the next numbering for 'IB' type documents is generated for any item location creation/item cost change/item branch creation records in F4111?

For any inventory transactions with a dollar value (PO receipt , inventory adjustments/issues/transfers) , I understand if it involves creation of new item branch location creation , an 'IB' is generated with the same next number as that of the parent transaction. Example , if a PO receipt generates an OV with 2600001 , it will also create an 'IB' with the same next number if location is also newly added
