Why you suppose the new MOS interface is "enhanced"?

By far, the worst interface changes in the whole life of support portals ever.

I lost so many functionalities I can't even count them

Please, fire someone and get the old portal back for the PAYING customers that need to reach the information quick and clear.

I'm no hater, but this nonsense change makes me really mad.
