Side effects of the new stylesheet imposed on KB articles in the new Support Portal

This is just to document a couple of formatting issues which arise due to a new stylesheet being applied to KB documents in the new Support Portal.

This is how MOS Doc ID 1580225.1 used to look like in legacy MOS—actually, it is a screenshot from a PDF print, but it's close enough.

And here's a screenshot of how it looks like now, in the new Support portal:

There are 2 obvious defects here:

• First and foremost, font sizes are inconsistent: the title of the subsection ("The required undo tablespace size to satisfy certain undo retention value .") now appears in far smaller print than originally intended.
