What is the cause for the error 'Unexpected error occurred' while performing manifest picking?

While user logs into Putty, he was performing following actions,

  1. Outbound
  2. Manifest picking
  3. Enter organization code
  4. Enter order number
  5. Once the order number is entered, he is getting the error 'Unexpected error occurred, please check the log. Press any key to continue'.

P.S. when we are trying the same actions from our own logins, we are not facing this error.
