Add t line parameter to SDP

Hello everyone.

I'm having trouble with the "t" parameter missing from the INVITE SDP.

I understand the "t=line" parameter is required. Therefore, I'd like to add it via HMR.

The condition is to check if the "t=line" parameter is present in the INVITE SDP, and if it's not present, add it.

The addition should be "t= 0 0."

Please help.
