surrogate-agent registration
Hello,
We have a surrogate‑agent configured on the Session Border Controller (SBC) that is used to register with the provider.
When I query the registration status with the command:
sbcext01# show registration sipd surrogate-agents
I get the following output:

User Contacts Last Registered at State
sip:pilot_number@x .x.x.x never registered failed
Total: 1 entry
1 entry created by the surrogate agent(s)
However, tracing the REGISTER messages shows that the surrogate‑agent. same registration is confirmed by the other “show registration” commands:
sbcext01# show registration sipd by-realm *
