Can JDK8 or ojdbc8.jar support oracle Db 23ai?

Hi,

Currently our system using Oracle Db 19c and the java version is JDK8.

May I know that if we upgrade Db from 19c to 23ai can JDK8 or ojdbc8.jar still support the Db 23ai?

And which jdbc and JDK version can support Oracle Db 23ai?
