Show Last non missing period in Planning (BSO)

in Hyperion EPM General (MOSC) Question

I'm working in oracle epm planning (BSO cube) and i have an input account that represents headcount.

What i need is the following behaviour:

. In months: show the input value

. YTD. not sum the values

. YearTotal: instead of sum the months, show the last non missing value month of the year

I've tested different Time balance settings (Fill, Balance, Flow) but i don't get the expected result. Other option would be create a reporting member as dynamic calc

Can you help me with the formula ? I've tried with a @Prior but i need some fuctions like @nonmissing
