Unable to download 2026 U.S. FEDERAL WITHHOLDING TAX CHANGES Update Project/Patch

When I click the download button, I get a 400 Bad Request error. I opened the Patch post from the Payroll Hot Topics post. Has anyone had any luck downloading any of the update project/Patches? This new MOS seems half-baked and live before it was ready for prime time.
