Transaction Controls and Timecard Corrections

If a task has a transaction control that allows for labor charging from 9/28/2025-11/1/2025, and an employee needs to submit a timecard correction for timecard period 10/5/2025-10/11/2025, will Oracle allow it to process since the timecard is for a period that falls within the start and end dates of the transaction control? We are having trouble processing the timecard correction today, 12/11/2025. Is the transaction control looking at today's date to compare it to the transaction control start and end dates and that's why it's stopping us from processing the timecard correction?
