which JDK/JRE 21 complete version has been sourced with IP25.11 patch set?

As we got to know IP25.7 has JDK/JRE 21 version, however that version has lot of Security vulnerabilities (CVEs). Can anyone please confirm which complete JDK/JRE 21 version has been bundled together with Siebel IP25.11 patchset.
