Freight Handling Code(FRTH) Won't update through Form Extention

Hello All,

We have added FRTH, VR01, VR02 from F4301 into PO header form P4310_W4310B using form extention. VR01 and VR02 are updating properly, but FRTH wont update upon clicking ok.

I tried removing it and add it again into the form but still same issue.

We recently upgraded from 9.2.4.2 to 9.2.9.3(R25). It stopped working only after upgrading to R25. Am i missing anything
