New MOS GUI ( worse then old one ? )

i open this thread just to exchange opinions on the new GUI for opening Service Requests or by simply managing CSI .

As u saw now CSI has been replaced by User Group , honestly I think the new gui is much worse then the old one , for example , have u been able to find the expiration date of each User Group ( old CSI ) ? based on that I was able to keep track of all my customer but now that is gone and makes me in trouble managing it , I need to call the customer care , losing my time . Also just to add a new User Group is different , what if we
