Is there a possibility to mix SA and registration?

Hello.

Is there a possibility to apply the SA's constraints to a registered endpoint? By default, when registered endpoint, which is also added as a Session-agent, sends INVITE, sipd recognizes the session-agent in the very beginning,

…but does not apply the constraints after reg-cache validation completes. Does this mean that registration caching supercedes/overwrites the SA settings? Is it a configurable stuff?
