i have sucessfully installed the patch for odi Patch 38529244: ODI Stack Patch Bundle 14.1.2.0.251011

when i try to start the agent same error like before

E:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\user_projects\domains\HRSDDW\bin>agent.cmd -NAME=OracleDIAgent
'weblogic.net' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

nodemanager ,database and weblogic wokring fine any support or experience
