How to reintegrate a powered off primary after I had to failover to a physical standby

I wanted to perform server maintenance on a primary 19c database (DB-A) hosted on a windows server. The database was shutdown but during the maintenance the server became unavailable. I had no choice but to failover to a physical standby 19c database (DB-B) hosted on a windows server. The issue with the primary server has been resolved, so how do I re-intergrate DB-A if it is still assigned the primary role.
