Does Logical Host Names require force-relinking PCP binaries?

Hi,

I'm currently implementing Logical Host Names according to MOS Document:
KB858315/2617788.1 Business Continuity for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 on Oracle Database 19c Using Logical Host Names

I do it on test environment with Delta 15 installed which worked correctly on physical hostnames but after self-clonning with logical hostnames two processes could not start: PA Streamline Manager i CRP Inquiry Manager. ICM and FND logs indicated that these 2 processes still use physical hostnames:
Unable to contact Applications TNS Listener for FNDSM_<physical_hostname>_<sid> on $NODE.  The Listener may be down or the TNS address is not properly configured for this name. (NODE=<physical_hostname>)
