Brazil IR + PO is mandatory in Brazil

in Financials for EMEA - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi, we need to implement AP+FA+GL in Brazil, do we need PO + Integrated Receiving? Can we do it with AP Only or AP + IR? We don't need PO nor INV as per our business.
