Is Notification Composer Required to be Implemented/Turned on for SECURE2.0 SECT 603 ROTH CATCHUP? Also, could someone provide the navigation where the attached page can be found? This comes from "SECURE 2.0 – SECTION 603 BENEFITS ROTH CATCH-UP ENHANCEMENT" on page 9 of the supplemental documentation.
