How to change an inventory org to Process Manufacturing and Quality

in Process Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC) Question

We currently have a warehouse out of state, we are starting to produce in the facility, is there a way to make that warehouse a process manufacturing org and add also quality? We are going to produce one of the items we currently produce in our facility in the west coast in the warehouse we are now updating to be a production unit. What will be the best and easiest approach?
