What is best(less time consuming) way to automate repetitive monitoring tasks in EBS 12.2.12 ?

Our global hospitality customer is having business in 18 countries and every day they come and check few custom forms(by data retrieval) for errors and also some concurrent program results for these 18 countries. In the age of AI and automation, this is not productive way. I want that:

  • Their form opening and data fetch screenshot be converted to pdf and sent to their country head via email.
  • Their concurrent job status, log files, output file sent to them via email

By this , they will be saving time in logging to different systems every day and doing the same repetitive task every day.
