Resubmitting a Requisition in PO Canceled Status

What's the correct procedure for re-starting a Requisition associated with a Canceled PO.

If a Requisition is expedited to a PO, and then that PO is canceled, the PO and its lines are set to "PO Canceled Status" - as a result it can't be expedited to a new PO. Resubmitting the PO doesn't really do anything.

You can copy that Requisition to a new Requisition and resubmit that. Is that the correct process?
