Error starting JDE services

Hi, after restor server, from cut power, ..we face error when restart jde services:

JDEUSER@E1 [/apps/JDEE1ASP/JDE900/jdedwards/e900/system/bin32]-[ PRD ] ./RunOneWorld.sh

     The jdenet_n process did not start...
       Check the jdenet_n.log, or the log file associated
       with the jdenet_n process id.

Could not load program /………../jdenet_n:
        Dependent module libjdeipc.so could not be loaded.
Could not load module libjdeipc.so.
System error: No such file or directory
