How to Schedule an Alert for Minutes?

Lets say I have an alert that I want to schedule for every 5 minutes. How can I do that? since, the current periodic scheduler allows only by days not by minutes. I did got one solution to schedule it on demand and then schedule the ALECDC in Concurrent Manager to be run every 5 minutes. However, I cannot find Check Periodic Alert program in even my System Administrator Responsibility. I have cross-checked the ALECDC is enabled but, still not showing up in my Concurrent Manager. Any Idea on how to fix that?
