Anyone have issue with Pay Calc Error - Pay Line missing Pay Page with Tax Update 25-D?
We are having an issue where we are getting a Pay Calc error (PSPPYRUN) after applying Tax Update 25-D (HCM 9.2). The Pre-Calc Audit (PAY035) shows Pay_Line missing Pay_Page. The emplid is blank but shows an Empl Record of 8224 and Benefit Record Number of 8224 (however, I think these are just bogus values).
I looked at KB380576 with a similar issue. It shows problem is caused by a job record without a "Work Period" on the Job Data Job Information. However, I don't know what "Work Period" means. How would I identify the problem data with JOB?
