What EE Data Triggers Payroll Error Message ID 000033 Ded Covg Job Max Exceeded

We are running Payroll for North America and are on Image 53. Asking for help from anyone who can explain the employee data setup that causes payroll error message ID Message ID 000033 Ded Covg Job Max Exceeded? The long description for this message is "The number of Job history records needed for the deduction coverage calculations has been exceeded. The number of history records to be read for this employee is too extensive to load into the array. Please review the number of entries and raise the occurrances within the array to an appropriate number."

What is a "deduction coverage calculation"? Why would the total number of rows that an employee has on PS_JOB be involved in a deduction calculation for a current biweekly oncycle payroll?
