Is there an option in PeopleSoft to create Zero Pay PDF Advices in Self-Service?

in Payroll for NA / Time and Labor - PSFT (MOSC) Question

We have a gross-up check that is net zero pay. However, when we run the process to create the PDF pay advices for Self-Service, the check shown for the employee is the page and no PDF advice has been created. Is there an option in PeopleSoft to create Zero Pay PDF Advices in Self-Service? The paycheck has earnings and we have the following selected with Paycheck Options:

We are on HCM 9.2, PeopleTools 8.60.
