We are facing issues like sales Order lines are Stuck in awaiting fulfilment But Delivery Interfaced

in Order Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are facing issues like sales Order lines are Stuck in STF with status as Shipped of interfaced
Oracle Sr gave the Script to interface the records. But now we are facing new issue where Sales order lines are stuck in status Awaiting Fulfilment instead of closed status.
We checked there is no Fulfilment set for the lines defined.

 Please advise
