Combo edits not firing for Inventory transaction . is

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

For us combo edits are working fine for procurement transaction but not getting executed for inventory transaction like create update stock request. Any suggestion what we are missing or need to check
