WEB ADI error for Purchasing Order Upload in Buyer work center.

I believe I filled out the excel correct. I am getting Green in the Excel Messages too, but the concurrent program says Error and here is the log and the webADI. I had to save it as normal Excel without macros. Maybe a video of this could be good as well.
