Load OBBB Tips & Overtime 'Number field format error' for only 1 employee

Hi there! I loaded all of our employees from a file successfully, but one employee is giving me the 'Number field format error. This field accepts signed number Format Up to 11 digits…' error. I've tried copying/pasting the number in and manually entering a shorter version of the number, but the error remains. Any suggestions?
