MN Paid Family and Medical Leave not deducting

in Payroll for NA / Time and Labor - PSFT (MOSC) Question

We are not getting any results for MN Paid Family and Medical Leave deductions. Ran two separate payrolls, one with pay period end date 12/27/2025 and check date 1/2/2025 and the next one with pay period end date 1/10/2026 and check date 1/16/2026. The deduction did not occur in either payroll.
Confirmed the program funding configuration is set up effective 1/1/2026, added the row in Company State Tax Table for 1/1/2026 with Other Programs tab completed; the MN State Tax Table has the 1/1/2026 row with the additional rates shown correctly; have added a new row in the State Tax Data for each employee effective 1/1/2026 with the Other Programs set to Subject for P009/P010 prior to calculating the payroll for either pay period. I'm not getting any error messages, just not seeing the deduction happen for any employees.
