Payroll Assignment Results - Year end pre-process not visible at assignment level

We are EBS 12.2 - I am looking for the Year End Pre-process run at the assignment level, to mark one person for a retry. I do not see it this year, as I have each prior year. What changed? I don't want to create an assignment set for one person, to then run Mark for retry, to then run the retry process.
