I have upgraded SBC from 8.3 to Rl 10, successfully, how i can renew new certificate with new csr

I have generated the CSR and received the CA signed certificate but when perform the import certificate with csr name it is still not reelecting and my security team says still ssl certificate is not reflected with new csr, is there any idea how i can move forward or should i delete some exisitng csr name or any thing .may someone please guide on this
